Walking the Labyrinth with Reiki

The walk into the labyrinth is symbolic of a release, the emptying of the noise that blocks your connection to source energy. It is a place to quiet the mind, body and soul. The second stage is the process of Illumination, symbolized by the winding pathway, where we become fully present and in the moment in order to open to the Reiki energy.
